Carl Allen (Jim Carrey) is a man who has found himself removed from life. Pressured by his friend Peter (Bradley Cooper) Carl sets out to change his predicament by attending a self help program based on one simple principle: say yes to everything! At first, Carl realizes the power of “yes” transforming his life in amazing and unexpected ways, but he soon discovers that opening up his life to endless possibilities can have its drawbacks, life becomes just as messy as when all he said was No.
