When gorgeous cheerleader Jennifer (Megan Fox) is possessed by a demon and begins feeding off the boys of her small Minnesota farm town, her best friend plain "Jane" Needy (Amanda Seyfried) must do the unthinkable and kill her, then escape from a correctional facility to go after the Satan-worshipping rock band responsible for the horrible transformation.
